Hello please can you help to know a few things, my passport expiring in 5 months, I want to know 3 things, if I apply for passport renewal myself on immigration website how long will it take unfailingly like how long if it is too slow to finish up,

and would I need to go physically to complete the application, does it take multiple days to be physically present

Lastly, I noticed when I visited the website there's a option of fast track but it's not working. What is it for
