Now let me see... how far is this complex from Shoprite in Asaba? I am thinking by the time it is completed - if I drop my SUV for repairs at the Auto complex, I can then stop by the Asaba City Mall that houses Shoprite to do some shopping and probably, watch a movie, while my vehicle is being fixed. 
These are the kind of projects that make sense, which every state govt should embark on. Do you know how many people will be employed in this complex, and how much revenue would accrue to both the people & govt, once it starts operation? Wait first, let me get my calculator...
