I paid him $8/kg which he stated above to avoid his problem yet he is keeping my goods and he doesn't want to refund me . I don't even understand him . I don't know if he expects me to pay for other peoples goods in his warehouse .

I don't really understand you. First you sent me a brief that did not include creams as HK goods, I sent my goods to you. Now , after one month of waiting, you now come and told me that my products are HK goods. I asked you to show me in your brief when you mentioned that creams are HK products, you didn't.
Now, I called you out and you came here and said that HK goods are $8. Now, to avoid your problems, I paid you $8/kg . Instead of you to release my goods, you now withheld my goods and said that I should drop my account details that you want to refund me. Now, I have sent you my account details yet you don't want to refund me or release my goods.
Is that how business is done ? You are so inconsistent . I don't even know why I used your services. I regret using your services. Release my goods or refund me.

Provided you guys agreed on 8 dollars /kg and your client paid you based on the agreement whether there is increase or decrease you are not supposed to withheld his /her goods. Meaning your integrity is not working.

We even agreed $7.2 being his shipping fees. He never mentioned that creams are HK goods until after 14 day's of sending goods to him.
I called him out and he said above that the HK goods are $8/kg. To allow peace , I paid him @ $8/kg . He still seized my goods. Now he asked me to drop my account number for refund, I have sent my account number for over 3 hours yet he has refused to refund me.

Total KG is 8.9kg . I paid him @ 480/$ . And paid him #450 / kg ( clearance fees) . Yet he has refused to release my goods

So it has changed from $9 to $8 . I am judging you by what you sent me bro. You didn't mention creams as HK products until after two weeks that I sent you my goods . And you even said that it is liquid products . Check the screenshot below

All these things are stories. You told the guy that he would get his phone within three weeks. Where is the phone? . Where is the guy's money? He paid you since 12th November and you have been giving excuses since then. You have refused to give the guy the phone or his money. Someone saved 45k and gave you and explained his situation to you. Then you promised him that you will deliver his phone within 3 week's. Now is almost two months and you are telling stories. You are very wicked.

Bro he didn't give you link to buy phone for him. Nothing concern's him with AliExpress policy or shipping. He paid you under the assumption that you will give him phone within three weeks. You didn't mention any policy before he paid you. All these policy issues came up after a month that he paid you. Can you show me where you told him that it will take 60 days for you to send him phone or refund him. Refund him and stop giving flimsy excuses.

January 12th will make it 60 days that the guy paid NOOBODY ........

Nope,it wasnt modfied,chk out my previous posts,befor the buyer laid a complaint sir and after the buyer complained,even befor i explained it better,i have always promised guranteed refund if items dont arrive,no one can ever come out to say i have never refunded.

And as well,i never promised the buyer automatic refund after 3 weeks,all i promised was 2-3 weeks delivery,which i failed to inform the buyer how aliexpress refund system works,which i have honestly apologised for.

The buyer as well is familiar with aliexpress and i did not make this rules.

This whole issue would soon be over,dispute would be filed for in the next 5 days,and glory to God,buyer would be refunded in full.
