Good day house, Please I'm about to purchase a vehicle by Changan, precisely the ALSVIN Sedan. The car is new and priced for less than 4M but I need some comfort with respect to this decision. While it is a brand new car, my reservations are largely based on it being Chinese and having been assembled in Nigeria. Please I will really appreciate user experience from anyone that has used or currently owns this vehicle, as well as opinions from anyone that knows about this car/ brand. Talking points: 1. Availability of spare parts 2. Good number of mechanics that can handle the car 3. Durability Thank you. |

okitz4:It depends on what role you are applying for, in what organisation, in what industry. A CV that works for a bank job may not fly for a role in a law firm, and most likely not an art gallery. I'll advise one sticks to black and white if you are skeptical about colours. And even if you chose to add colours to your CV, it should just be a touch, with more of white background and black (or dark) text. Tables surely help with space management, for those who can use them appropriately. |

harrisconsult1:There are no hard and fast rules to writing a CV. What works for a particular role may not be best fit for another. However there are some generic concepts that helps put a good CV together. As regards dates, they come in handy to show your prospective employer how you've kept yourself active from one year or period to another. So if you obtained BSc in 2000, for instance, and you are applying for a job in 2003, a prospective employer wants to know what has transpired between 2000 and 2003. Such gaps should be filled up with details such as work experience, schooling, voluntary/community service etc. The possibilities are endless. The CV review process, remains a key, and in many cases, the first step for recruiters to sieve through hundreds, maybe thousands of applications from candidates. Because your CV, along with all of the supporting information in your application, determines if you get interviewed, it’s obviously a critical first step that requires your very best shot. There are no hard and fast rules for writing winning CVs, but the overall aim is to market yourself and your skills to an employer and convince them to call you for an interview or assessment. While the content of your CV is of utmost importance, the presentation, look and feel also matters a great deal. Some key features that will make your CV stand out include, how well you manage the space on your CV, as well as how you arrange, and prioritize the information on your CV. When you got your employment letter from your boss, it showed your date of employment, your job discription and I guess, your salaries and allowances. However, ther were some vital information you needed to know that that letter did not indicate. If your employer is the government, your letter did not tell you that you just signed a 35year agreement that you are not sure of its destination, that you would rise by the ranks but only if you are promoted every 3years(which is not certain) And that there are a lot of post service 'elderlys' who are angry at the government for not taking the best care of them after putting in the best of their working years into service. If your employer is a private company, the story is similar but with a little twist. You were not told that your job is even more insecure, compared to your colleague in the public sector. You were not told that though you may be payed better, you will put in your best and more to build another man's dream while you never find time for yours. Well, that'll be a concern for only those of us who really, trully have dreams. All said, jobs are hard to come by these days, guard yours jealously, but be sure to have a plan B that ensures you do not waste your active years working for nothing. One of such plans, you can read up at http://whealthplus..co.uk/2012/09/a-pass-to-your-first-millions.html?m=1 Enjoy! |
