Cargome:
As an eBay and Amazon personal shopper and shipper from the USA and UK to Nigeria, the work we do behind closed doors to ensure successful order placement, shipping, and final delivery to our customers is far more complicated, taxing, and time-consuming than most people imagine. It requires deep concentration, patience, industry knowledge, and years of hands-on experience.
In late 2025, a client placed an order for an item worth about $3,000 from eBay through our service. The client simply shared the product link with us, trusting us to handle everything end-to-end. The item was shipped from China via UPS and, based on our calculations, it was expected to be available for delivery in Nigeria by 16th November 2025. However, this did not happen.
By 28th November 2025, the item showed as delivered to our U.S. facility, yet it was not processed for onward shipping. We immediately contacted the eBay seller to confirm whether the item had truly been shipped and delivered. The seller cooperated fully and provided proof of delivery, including the name of the representative who received the item.
With this information, we returned to our U.S. shipping partner, only to discover the real issue: the item carried a UN3091 label, and the shipper had deliberately refused to ship it due to the restrictions associated with that label.
Now, consider this situation carefully—this was a $3,000 item paid for by a customer who had never physically met any member of our team. The level of trust placed in Cargome Xpress Services speaks volumes about our integrity, competence, and proven track record.
To resolve the issue, we went back to the seller and explained that the item could not be shipped with the UN3091 label. We requested that a return label be created so the item could be picked up and sent to a new address where the label could be properly handled and removed, after which it would be forwarded to a compliant shipping partner. This process was successfully completed.
Throughout this entire journey—the delays, investigations, back-and-forth communications, and final resolution—we kept the customer fully informed. As agreed, the item is now on its way to Nigeria.
This is why our personal shopper service does not stop at checkout. We stay with your order until it is safely delivered. It is also why we maintain a strict policy of not unboxing customer packages, as this helps us properly trace issues and protect our clients when problems arise.
When we assure our clients that the value we deliver far outweighs what we charge, it is not a sales slogan—it is a reality. If your time is valuable, let us manage it for you. Let us handle your eBay and Amazon shopping and ship your items to Nigeria with reliable, nationwide delivery to all 36 states.
Many people have lost thousands of dollars attempting to shop and ship on their own, believing it is “simple” or thinking, “I can do it myself.” This is our job. This is our field. We have years of experience navigating challenges others never anticipate.
Regardless of what we charge, Cargome Xpress Services remains your number-one trusted partner—available 24/7 and committed to your peace of mind.

Cargome:
Shopping on ebay and amazon can be quite challenging. If you're not careful, your account could even be banned. Furthermore, the limitations and restrictions on Nigerian debit cards make it almost impossible to make payments for goods using them. This has led to the emergence of virtual dollar cards, which also come with their own set of challenges.
Today, we helped a client with their ebay shopping and shipping to our USA and UK addresses. However, we encountered several obstacles along the way. After charging the client at the black market rate of N1750/$, they made a payment to us, including a $20 token as our checkout fee. We then attempted to exchange the Naira to dollars and deposit it into our partner's account in the US so we could use their card for the purchase.
Unfortunately, despite our best efforts to reach out, we were unable to make contact and time was running out. What's worse, when we emailed our client for a quotation, the item's price was $41.12, but when we returned to make the payment, we discovered that the price had increased to $41.27. The client had already credited us, so it wouldn't have been right to ask for additional money to cover the difference.
In a last-ditch effort, we tried using Geepay virtual card, but our account was suspended. We also attempted Eversend; however, we found out they charge a $3 one-off card fee, a 3.5% fee, and a $0.5 maintenance and transaction fee, with a conversion rate of N1830/$. With limited options, we had no choice but to utilize their service for the payment. We funded the account; however, the money was unexpectedly reverted, making us feel uneasy about the whole situation.
Finally, we decided to turn to Chipper, which we had used in the past years, only to discover that our virtual card had expired. Despite our reservations about Chipper's high exchange rate, it was imperative for us to pay for the custom item before the close of business today. Consequently, we reactivated our Chipper account and were charged an extra $6, with an exchange rate of N1,831. Without any alternative, we made our payment, which was promptly confirmed.
Attached below are screenshots showing the payments and order confirmation. We are here to provide you a seamless buying experience from ebay and amazon, as well as shipping to Nigeria. Our services are trusted and we prioritize your satisfaction. Reach out to us today for all your ebay and amazon shopping needs!
