My distinguish members of the parliament. Our governor was on air (93.7 fm) today in thr morning answering pples questions. I was expecting one of us to call and talk about our remaining arrears but nobody did(ofcourse i tried calling but the num. did nt connect because of it was enaged with callers) My question to. the honourable house is wether we hv forgotten the arrears or they hv finished payinh us according to sm pple.
