I feel sorry for those who are saying is it Nigerian money
Why do we have regulations? Taking more $ than required from circulation from Nigeria's economy is one of the causes of this dollar crunch we are experiencing.
Unfortunately, Nigeria only earned that $ from crude oil revenues. In SA it is very difficult for you move money you've legitimately earned in that country.
It's unfortunate that Nigerians and Nigerian institutions are the ones helping to rip this nation dry.

I think it is totally unfair to take Oby's BBOG campaign as an avenue to get noticed for appointments.
Oby is one of the principled few around and she's on the board of some highly referred coy. I think she's content.

I have been an ardent reader of this forum. I want to specially thank HOTSTEPPER and everyone that have contributed for your selfless guide to all.

I am considering Canada for my wife for her next delivery. I spoke with a contact in Montreal and he said i should budget up to CAD $ 15,000 for the doctor and hospital bill alone. This is way too high for my budget. What is the rough estimate for Toronto with CS? Is it possible her to spend 1-day to reduce the cost?

But from what i have read, i was encouraged by the hopefulme but seems hers is VD. My wife will need CS and i have not seen specific cost range for CS here.
Likewise, can you advise how to contact doctor/hospital or suggest a good one and not expensive to contact. Urgent need to contact doctor (or physician to recommend OBGN)
Because we do not know anyone in Toronto, we will need a self- catered apartment preferably one apartment (cost reduction on my mind) or rather will not mind sharing with anyone going around May (May-July). Can you recommend one close to the hospital be used?
I am not planning to her with her (my thinking is that this will increase her visa chances as, not sure if my assumption is correct)

Nice ride but i observed that sunnyd4U have never said anything but only posting.
