Truth is FG is broke. Nigerian civil service is way too bloated with too many duplicated agencies with redundant staff.
Unless we want to deceive ourselves, Nigeria is a very poor unproductive country. Too many mouth to feed for the government civil service.

I let my 2 bed flat out for N120k a month which is N1,2m a year in PHC, so that means if you earn N200k you will not be able to afford it as you are now left with N80K to run things till month end.

With 80k balance, feeding of 3k per head daily(barest minimum) will amount to 90k per month. Balance can't even cover feeding.
Transport, entertainment, electricity, tax, medicals, clothes, personal development, religious and family obligation not even covered yet.

More like 800k nowadays. 200k can't afford you a maid and driver in today's Naija.
With 200k salary you are not suppose to even get married as a man unless your wife is bringing something almost equivalent or more to the table or else, you will definitely live like a pauper tossed about by life problems.

Different people have tried help your ignorance about earning in Nigeria, you rather attack them instead of taking corrections.
People earn 5mil in Nigeria monthly and I mean young guys n girls in finance, tech, oil and gas etc.
Percentage might be very small but they are in their thousands. They remote ones earning in Nigeria will even cross 10million monthly with the present dollar rate.
You should change your circle if everyone around you is just like you and pray more for grace. Cos you will never grow with this mindset.

Buy new. Toks is a gamble. If any issues, you might get another replacement if the seller has fear of God. But no refunds. If replacement too has issues, your name na sorry.
While doing all this, you will be spending at least 20 to 25k on transport and workmanship. Imagine you have to pay that twice if AC you bought is bad.
You might spend more than what you trying to save from buying new AC.
Toks is a gamble. Choice is yours.

Please need help and suggestions on honda accord 04 model. Replaced the transmission after the previous one failed and opted for total matic 4 transmission fluid. However after driving for about 1000km, the transmission fluid drops significantly and has to be topped up. Mechanic has checked and replaced seals, problem remains but the transmission remains dry without any sign of leak.
Considering the constant shortage, is it advisable to use a cheaper oando dextron 3 as top-up considering the different formulation or is there a permanent solution to this constant shortage?

Sounds like a very entitled tenant from the tone of all this shalaye. You can't decide to include money you owe in the new rent you paying without approval from your landlord.
Any time you default on payment, you are at the mercy of the landlord and must be very humble and give constant update on how you intend paying when called upon.
