Well for those interested, before March recruitment process will start, why? Cuz money for training is part of the 2018 NCS budget and they have recently carry out promotion to determine available space, any moment the promotion result will be out and once it's out the next is recruitment, and for those planning to enter with degree there is a good news for you, you will start with a one star and automatically promoted to two star after two years withouy sitting for any exams.
