bro I heard there is no department of international relations in UI but it was amongst the courses UI displayed for courses offered.... I just wanna ask is this a new course

pls guys m kinda curious and concerned why UI wud display a course dey don't offer.... that is international relations...I investigated and got to know dey don't offer it... so what wud appen to the 817 students that applied for a non existing course
