Impressive, the thugs did well. If the thugs didn't do so, who knows maybe they will be crying now after their shops have been looted and their property vandalized.

The FG should commend the thugs for their service for humanity.

Traders and shop owners like them in Kano, Gombe and Borno are crying now.

This protest with empty pot na pure dramatics, nothing more. What message dem wan send? You no fit just dey wave pot like say you dey do magic for market.

Reno dey talk sense, because when you protest, you need to show the real issues wey dey affect the people, not just empty vessels.

E go better if dem channel that energy to real solutions instead of just posing for social media clout. Abeg, make we focus on tangible change wey go fit benefit the masses.

mustyNEMESIS:
Why are you still crying and wailing over an election loss that happened over a year ago?

It is obvious your candidate lost. It was a woeful loss. Even the candidate that came second has already moved on, planning for the next election.

Your half-clever antics is so childish. You want the nation to burn because your candidate lost. Nothing in this administration makes sense to you.

You are quick to comment and post any negative news about Nigeria. You can’t tell me you are a patriot. You know why? You avoid any negative news that has to do with Obi and LP, but always quick to jump on anything Tinubu.

If I may ask you, what exactly is your grouse with Tinubu? Although I know it’s because he trounced Obi… but I believe there is something more to this… 2 years is a long time to wail on someone that doesn’t even know or care if you exist. And you will still continue like this for another two years. I really do not envy you.

You want us to believe everything we read online about Tinubu. What about the ones we ready about Obi. Are we not supposed to believe them too? Or what are you being selective on what to believe and what not?

I believe you read the pandora papers… same way I believe you heard Obi was also caught with cash in hundreds of millions. Obi didn’t conduct LG elections till few weeks before the election and of his 8 years tenure. Doctors were on strike for months. Bad roads and erosion gullies everywhere in Anambra during Obi tenure. How did he suddenly become the savior?

Let’s face the fact, Obi can’t compete with Tinubu in all ramifications… not at all.

You keep bringing up all this accusations.

1. You talked about self-inflicted personal baggage of Tinubu. He has presented his biography. If you don’t believe him, that’s on you. You talked about his age, name, certificate, etc.

You should know that not everyone will be able to remember or point to some of the people they attended same primary and secondary school together.

On his certificate, the school he graduated for already defended his degree and certificate. What else do you want on that… oh, you prefer we believe your hearsays instead of the school?

Or do you think any school in the US will risk their integrity and reputation defending a black man?

Now, let me ask you. Did you attend college? If yes, how will I certify that you actually graduated? From your school or some minions?

Who are the Nigerians you always refer in your post? The same Nigerians that the majority elected the current president?

Either you like it or not, election has come and gone. Start preparations for the 2027 general election. Tinubu will complete the 4 years mandate the citizens has given him. Only death or sickness can stop him.

A word of advice. Get something better doing with your time instead of searching the web every seconds for any negative news about Nigeria.

FYI, I’m not a fan of Tinubu. I am a concerned Nigeria, praying and hoping the country works, irrespective of the occupier of the seat of the president.

Forget Tinubu and obi first, in your heart of heart, is there no hunger in the land ?

Here is the issue

It costs N1300 to bring petrol into the country, yet the Tinubu government insists on making it sell for N700 and less at the filling stations.

And you people expect there to be NO SCARCITY?

If we had removed oil subsidy in 1993, or even 2011...the last best time to have done it...none of this contraindications would have happened.

Over 700 million monthly goes on this abomination , and our debt is rising again. Haba.

Politics / Re: High Electricity Tariff Crushing Nigerian Public Varsities by cassette(m): 4:27pm On Jul 21
nairalanda1:
Kind of harsh, but as at a few months ago, it was costing somehwere above N160 to produce one kwh of power. Meanwhile, only band A people pay above that, most pay below N70. That means for every ten customers, the power sector makes profit on two of them, and loses money on the rest.

I know, a lot of people would blame corruption, and would abuse me and call me government defender. But the thing is, if you buy something for N160 and you sell it at N20 because you want to help the poor....how will you help your business.

Nigeria's power sector has not worked since 1978 because we do not pay for power above market price....which in turn is why the whole thing is breaking down. Until 2019, we had not done any major work on our transmission system since the 1970's.

It is a sad thing that our unis suffer so (and our univerisities are in a bad state because they can't charge the kind of fees that would make sure they make enough money)...but if we want a working power sector, we got to pay for it.

How long would you continue to defend rubbish ? All for what 30k stipend ? Are you not bothered about the future of your kids ? Don't you crave for true change and development?

The people criticising those in the videos NEVER condemned the utterances of MC Oluomo. How different are you lots from MC Oluomo? So, why are you so pained that MC Oluomo was mentioned? Even Tony Kabaka of Edo State was also mentioned. Also, their accents don't sound like they are Igbos. They could be Binis or of another ethnic group.

Anyway, I am really delighted with this demystification of the UK by recent migrants. It really pains those who have crowned themselves as representatives of Nigerians in the UK because they resided there for ages or were born and bred there. Before, we will be told, "we don't have the range to talk about UK/US/Canadian politics or issues". It is now an all-comers' affair. Please keep uploading those videos. I love them!

He is pained because the UK he thought was excluded from "commoners" has had every Tom, Dick and Harry inside. I bet you if he has his way, he would ban Nigerians from entering the country.

Exactly my point bro ! May you live long in wisdom and good health !!

Some of those shouting in the UK are responsible for snatching of ballot boxes in Nigeria or brains behind some of the ills facing Nigeria.

They behave like angels in the western world but become monsters in Nigeria.

I remember when I was flying to Nigeria from the US, a young white lady (roughly of 21 years old) asked us in a soft voice to queue up and we did. Upon landing in Nigeria, the Nigeria Immigration Service officials were shouting on top of their voices for us to queue up and people disregarded them. I was shocked. I could not believe they were the same set of people who calmly obeyed a lady in the US.

It is so easy for them to say all those thrashes but how do they behave when they get to Nigeria? Superiority complex sets in for them and it is then they do not comply with the laws in Nigeria. They feel stupidly important and contribute to the menace bedevelling the nation, instead of serving as role models, and typical examples for people.

These are the same set of people who will pay people like"MC Oluomo or Kabaka" if they are contesting for election in Nigeria.

They should just shush it.

Of course you Agbadorians would defend rubbish...spits
