Hello how is things just want to know what to do am a US citizen I just filed a k1 visa for my fiancé he want for his interview two weeks ago and they told he we are married and I should file a k3 or a marriage petition but the main thing is we don't have married document to show here so I will be coming to Nigeria soon to do the real marriage and have document can I go to the US consulate in Nigeria and let them know so I can come back to the US with my husband just want to know what can I do thank you and God bless

Hello I have a question I am a US citizen I filed a k1 visa for my fiancé but on the day of his interview they told him we are married and that is Nigeria law but the thing is I have no marriage document so am coming back to Nigeria soon just want to know what I can do once am in Nigeria to get my husband to go back to the state with me cause now we will be having a marriage document. What can I do please
