there are no 'omo onile' issues here at Kaduna. The moment you pay 5% of the cost of the land to the District head to enable them endorse your title documents, you are good to go. The land is 50 X 100, I still have enough space at the back that can accommodate a simple3 bedroom flat but I turned it into a garden to enhance 'green zone'.

I am out of kaduna for the next few weeks and cannot lay my hands on the building plan but I will send it to you whenever am at Kaduna. Kindly note that I have since moved into the house. Though I did not continue with my update again not until I saw this mail.

A newly opened automobile workshop requires a Business Development Officer for an immediate employment. Apart from monthly salary, other benefits include commission on business generated within the month.

The workshop is located at the southern part of Kaduna city.

I have a medium size modern automobile workshop/garage located at Kaduna. It was opened 2 months ago and about 7 million was spent on workshop tools and equipment including workshop stalls, office and 40kva generator. We employed well trained technicians that have good understanding in the usage of new technologies to diagnose and repairs vehicles.

We are looking for investors that can invest 5 million naira to enable us buy painting booth (oven) and tyre services equipment such as tyre removal?changer, aligner, balancer etc. We have made provisions for these expansion at our location and there is no any painting booth in our area of location that account for a population close to 1 million. We can structure it out for 60:40 profit sharing.

The fixing of electrical cable is in progress. We hope to conclude on that tomorrow and POP works will then commence thereafter.

Front and rear doors have been fixed.

We equally used alluminium sheets for the external ceiling.

New updates:
1. We have done both electrical and mechanical piping
2. We have plastered the wall with both iron burglary and aluminium frames installed
3. We have equally installed window hoods and ornament works for the outdoor pillars and dinning section

1. the plot is one plot and measurement here at Kaduna is 50 x 100
2. The german floor will be done later for the flooring. However, we filled the blocks hole at foundation with concrete mix. We also cast concrete of about 3 inches on the foundation (mini german floor.

1 x 12 - 18 qty @ N1,500 = N27,000.00
Nails = N20,500.00
Treatment of woods = N13,500.00
Transportation of wood = N18,000.00

Labour for rafter and ceiling noggin - N100,000.00

Aluminum Work -

Total aluminum length of 321m
cost of aluminum plus accessories and transportation = N485,000.00
