Hi everyone,

I’d like to know if a 50 ft x 100 ft plot of land can be used for both residential and commercial building. I’m thinking a one-storey 6-bedroom duplex attached to 3-bedroom apartments upstairs and downstairs (i.e. two apartments sharing a wall with a duplex).

If the land would be too small for this type of building, could you please suggest what can be built on it for both residential and commercial purpose, as the residential part must be 6-bedrooms.

I'd really appreciate your suggestions.
