Job Specifications
Implementation of all HPA risk management mandates Provide risk management expertise and consultation to clients.
Develop and promotes risk management philosophy and initiatives.
Direct and manage special projects
Other duties as assigned.

Person Specifications
First degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Statistics and any other related discipline
Master’s in business administration from a reputable international institution
Minimum of two years banking experience in risk management and/or relationship management
Good knowledge of market risk and derivatives
Understanding of Basel II and different risk standard
Professional Certification(s) : Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Financial Risk Manger (FRM)
Computer skill level in MS Word Excel. Knowledge of a computer based information system, and the ability to use it in a risk management decision support system.
Analyze and interpret common technical journals, financial reports and legal documents.
Ability to interpret and apply mathematical and statistical methods and procedures gained through professional educational training
Good project management skills
