my dear, it seems we all have different experiences with these people. I actually tried them because of your recommendation. first they sent my packages individually by express without any instructions to do so. I tried to reason with them, all they did was to reduce the cost to 8.5$. I had to literally beg for their Nigerian office address, begged for account number to make payment, then the amount to pay. after paying 16k to receive something of 20k, I got the goods this morning only. to find out one item was left behind in their office. the chibuzo guy only called to inform me and said nothing about compensation or paying for the transport since it was their fault. Imagine paying another 2000 for a single wristwatch to be sent to me?

I always WhatsApp with Susanna to tell her about my package and how to send it. Once you order, you tell her it's coming and what's in it. when she gets it she will send you a picture of your package and the weight. Too bad you didn't have a good experience. I've referred so many others with no issues. I pay cash at their office. I've dealt with many other China shippers and they are still my no 1.
