The problem start when they removed Verve card for their deposit or top up options and that was my preferred option before.

I normally use FirstBank Verve card and when ever I wanted to withdraw i use same account and I get money in my account less than 10mins but since the option is no more there I had to EcoBank MasterCard for the deposit and when I requested for withdrawal and typed the EcoBank account number but it failed so I had use the Firstbank account number which they approved and till date I have not seen the money in my account.

Now I don't know what the problem is they said since the withdrawal has been approved my them then the account number is ok but I don't know what the delay since 3 days or abi na Bank transfer Dem do ni??
