Wow! This is exactly what i'm dealing with right now. I don't even know the cause but i've been battling to push out a particular stool since yesterday up untill this morning. I had to visit a pharmacy and explain things, then they gave me same Mist Alba, the nurse told me 30mins - 1hr and i'm literally having leakage of watery stools but the hard stool is still present i can feel it blocking the way and won't come out easily, when ever the big oga is at the surface i just lose energy to push 'cause damn.. It's so painful. I'm so scared to push as i feel sorry for myself.. You need to see me crying like a baby in the toilet. Like you i'm cursing the nurse too for giving me hope that it would come out because i thought the drug will soften the stool, but now, seeing this thread has given me hope and more energy, i think whenever i have a bowel movement again, i'll push with all my might despite the pains.. I just want to be free from this trauma.
