@girlfio, thanx for the information. Also @iley congratulations. Did u get a text msg 4rm tele performance be4 u picked up ur passport or u just randomly visited. Also shld I go to the office I picked up my passport initial be4 I lodged my appeal or shld it be d tele performance in V/i.. my case is complicated. i submitted in Lekki in April whilst it was called VFS and picked up in ikeja VFS in September, and now I was told that d ikeja office is now called tele performance . Pls advise me on which of the tele performance to go.

Hi peeps I greet u all. I got an email on the 25th of Nov that the decision for refusing application on 5th of Sept 2014 has been overturned. I sent my passport since the 1st of December to Sheffield as stated on the email they sent me. How long will I wait to get my passport back? Any idea pls help me. Thanx

@Hopeforallone thanx a lot for the advise. I'll try my best to get all the documents to avoid going to court. Since the process is so lengthy.

@Hopeforallone how long have they been waiting? Well i'm just setting my mind on the worst case scenario. I'm doing my best to provide all the necessary document and counter the points they made under the partner eligibility requirements (genuine relationship) .

@Hopeforallone thanks alot. Yes am tryin 2 avoid going to court b'cos the case is pointless for the ECO and judge to appear in court. I've snapshot photos 4rm facebook of me and my wife since 2009 with date, time and comments. Also updated call logs since the initial application was lodged till date, imessage chat dated 4rm Dec 2012 and also watapp messages since August last year and Emails since 2008. The ECO failed to mention the birthdays and anniversary cards I included at d initial application be4 concluding that the relationship is not genuine. Its a waste of my time. Unnecessary delay. My sponsor is attending the hearing if a hearing date comes alive.

Please can anyone tell me how long it takes for an appeal to be decided whether by the ECM, proposal court date, determination period if a refuse was made this month ? I was refuse only on genuine relationship grounds. I'm lodging my appeal forward this week with more evidence to proof the relationship is genuine. Still within the. 28days period. Thanx
