Why not go for an infrared cooker like Fred, it has a maximum power of 2200w but can be reduced to as low as 100w and at 800w-1000w the burner turns red. It’s quite fast, energy efficient, has timer, works with any pot and comes with grill stand for grilling or roasting corn. It’s what I’m using as I we have stopped using gas since last year.

Like he said, all negative wires to 1 busbar and all positive wires to the red busbar and combiner boxes come in different capacities

Evening house, please is it ok to combine a 16kwh and 5kwh batteries on a 6kva inverter? I just upgraded to 16kwh and want to add the 5kwh battery in order to have a larger bank. They are both 48v.

You can provided you did not exceed the voltage rating of the inbuilt mppt.

Yes it doesn't matter. Each of those points cab basically be seen as separate charge controllers. In fact you could even put 8pcs of 400w on one point and 5pcs of 600w on the other point so long it's within their individual capacities.

To not stress yourself looking for inverters with such feature, just go for groWatt.
