Hiiiiiiiiiiiii...........hope you had a nice week...just tot to drop dis long piece...lols! yeah i knw it is. I met a woman shopping for her 40th birthday few weeks ago when i went shopping for one of my bride's asoebi...few minutes into our conversation she said "i can tell u r an event planner" and i would really want you to help me on this--it happened @ my frnd's birthday party and i seriously dont want it to happen @ mine .....in summary she was @ her friend's party but she just couldnt enjoy the party---it wasnt just her she said...and that the only reason most of them spent an hour was just to let the celebrant knw they honored her invitation. From all she said.....there was enough food, drinks, small chops, favors, there was an mc, dj, live band, speakers, venue decorated, money wasnt the issue...so WHY CLDNT THE GUESTS HAVE FUN? I spoke to her @ length "CERTAIN THINGS WE THINK DONT MATTER @ THE BEGINNING, END UP BECOMING THE MATTER" and yeah she noted some corrections she had to make as well as certain things she had ommitted...after which i helped in picking her "birthday cloth"  ....im fulfilled to say she called some days ago to say the event was nothing less than FABULOUS!!"another happy client i said to myself with great delight though free of charge  -i was indeed fulfilled it turned out very well"Among the several things i told her -- one of the things that really determines my mood when i step in......the ambience of the event venue....the arrangement, lightening, music etc, hers is many flowers in a hall"still wondering though". Hmmmm different pple...diff turn offs...and im just wondering wat urs could be....i will be glad to knw.... did i mention she loved the cloth i picked for her, got several compliments and wld even be doin a supply of it soon to her friends..........."another OWAMBE!!!!!!!!!!!" |
