Actually i love the way the group is going. Now this is the nairaland i know.
Cause at first it was only oyotunji who was answering question asked. Somtimes b4 answering questions he will ans it in an insultive way or he wont at all.
I can attest to the num of questions i asked that was not answered which got me denied.
But i still thank GOD.

Is the school a community college? If it is, don't reapply. Not to be negative but the chances of a Nigerian applicant getting an F1 visa with it is almost nonexistent. Change your school to a 4-year college.
Check old threads and you will find that majority of those who went to the embassy with community college I20 were denied.

Ewoo I don't know what to do naw so I have to change college thought it was home ties that I lack strong home ties am going for nursing that is why I pick that college

Yhh actually when i view other pages and page 18 I feel sad cause all the information I am getting from they was legit.
I remember I asked a lot of questions on this page but was not replied.its annoying so naw am denied just hoping for the best.
And I need help to secure the next visa.

Don't be in a hurry to reapply. If am not wrong, I believe you are applying with an associate degree. If that is the case, it's a red flag and you may get a refusal again.

It's same skul that's my dream skul it's my mentors educational path

What if the reason you thought you were denied is not the only reason for denial? Broader opinions help.

Ok on the interview day it was stressful as Bleep and all the people for f1 who i met at the abuja embassy were denied. They was a girl she cried her eyes out it was really sad.
After seeing pink paper flying everywhere it was my turn.
The vo ask where am I going to I told her
Next she saw my i20 and ask who is this, Does she resides in usa I told her yes
She asked her profession I told her
She asked what will u come back to do u
I told her I need to come back home as the first born of my family and I intend to apply to a good community hospital
Haven't completed my statement she gave me my pink slip.
I felt she feel I don't have home ties since my sponsor is in us cause she stressed who is my sponsor
So now I am looking forward to changing my sponsor to my uncle who owns a hospital and book another appointment

When am calmed i will write out my transcript but now i have contacted the embassy and they said i can still book if i did not see any reason for denial.

1. Thank you. But the college recommended (according to the OP) that he should or he must write Duolingo, and it seems the annotation is written inside his Form - I20. How is he going to handle that aspect in the 2nd attempt? Or don't you think the consular will read that aspect ?

U said it as if it's easy, I have gotten why I was rejected and I have started my changes already I saw a girl transcript about how she was rejected and she applied in three months. And what u said I was not making up lies.
And am not getting BP am determined and I thank God for my Dso she is willing to help.and I was rejected due to my sponsor not for financial reason but home ties which have changed and reflected in all my documents. Just need to prepare

3. On Sept 11th, you posted that your interview is closed by (perhaps a determination to go and give a try).

4. On Sept 14th,
you posted a long personal drafted transcript, which is filled with complicated lies and already determined answers and asked nairalanders to help you review.

5. On sept 27th, you posted that
your school recommended Duolingo exam in order to prove your English proficiency (perhaps the annotation is on your I 20).

Need help guys , I was denied earlier this month , my deficit is $24k , my funding is $49k on my I-20 (my dad is my sponsor ) , I have no idea why I was denied because I think I answered the questions well , someone said here it’s because of my school Webster University , should I try to apply to other schools or just try again ? In my opinion, I think it is weak on home ties. Question Like "Why nursing?" is an avenue to prove your home ties.

Honestly, I just have an issue when people say their education will help them better Nigeria. Wetin concern you and Nigeria , can't you use the education to better your own life?

The other issue is your aunt sponsoring you. I know she earns 150k but I have heard that money is not a lot of money in the US. It also becomes tricky if she has children of her own.

Why Lonestar? I spoke with Singh from India, he said he got a good education. I emailed Professor Balablu...he said he would be willing to mentor me. I asked a couple of their ex-stidents on LinkedIn. In my opinion, except you are going to Stanford or Harvard...saying your school is top 30 hold no water.

On a lighter note, saying that you want to go into a predominantly female profession might trigger a feminist VO...hmmm, so you mean you want to go steal female jobs
