ATTENTION:: CALISTUS NWAFOR IFEANYI: 07063776040

You will account for all your derogatory comments and false claims, you must know that THE DUE PROCESS ADVOCATES (DPA) INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, is a registered company with Corporate affairs Commission, whatever you do here falls under the Company name DPA, no one will send police after you but the courts will deal with the company you are working for.

Since you are saying that the Nigeria Police is wrong with their investigations and action when will your company sue the police or go to court to demand for the fundamental human rights of Emeka Ugwuonye? What are you doing on social media?

You already know that you are the one SINKING the owners of the company DPA INTERNATIONAL WITH COMPANY REGISTRATION NUMBER RC:111050, no one is asking you to stop posting on SOCIAL MEDIA about the travails of DISROBED LAWYER and current murder suspect Emeka Ugwuonye.

Did you watch all the videos he posted in 2016 before you join the company? I hope your family will not come out begging when the witches in your village finally pushes you to land in prison as Emeka's partner in crime.

You are also telling the world that the Nigeria Police was also wrong with this statement issued by below by DCP JIMOH MOSHOOD, (FORCE PPRO)
The Police at Force headquarters on Thursday said operatives of the Force Criminal Investigations and Intelligence Department, FCT Command have arrested one Emeka Ephraim Ugwuonye, a disbarred lawyer over Facebook video claim on discovering and protesting the ‘rot in the Abattoir of the Nigerian Police Force.

The Police in a statement signed by Force Public Relations Officer, Acting DCP Jimoh Moshood, said Mr. Ugwuonye has been arraigned before an FCT Magistrate Court 3, at Wuse Zone 6 and is facing criminal prosecution for allegedly misinforming the public and inciting public servants.

Moshood said, “The attention of the Nigeria Police Force has been drawn to a post on a Facebook page of a group with insignia: The Due Process Advocate and a video peddling on Social Media by the convener of same group, one Emeka Ephraim Ugwuonye.

“The Nigeria Police Force wishes to categorically implore the members of the public to ignore and disregard the video or any insinuation on the Face book page from ‘The Due Process Advocate’ as ill-motive, mischievous, misinformation aimed at casting aspersions on the hard-earned integrity and credibility of Police Officers and Men.

“The Nigeria Police Force sees the video and publication as a desperate and deliberate attempt to incite members of the Public against the Force. “Consequently, the said Emeka Ephraim Ugwuonye is presently facing criminal prosecution and was arraigned at the Magistrate Court 3, Wuse Zone 6, AMAC, FCT, today, 18th October, 2018 and the Charge reads in part.

“That on the 16/10/2018 at about 1630hrs, acting on a tip-off, one Ephraim Emeka ‘m’ of No. 25 Adeyemo Olakija street Victoria Island Lagos was arrested by detectives from the Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department (CIID), FCT Police Command Abuja;

“That on the 15/10/2018 the said Ephraim Emeka Ugwuonye published some injurious and abusive language against the Nigeria Police Force on his Facebook page titled Due Process Advocate (DPA) with the intention to dissuade Police Investigators from carrying out their statutory roles, and fabricating false evidence of the names of suspect in detention of Police through videotaping and circulating same with intent to extort money from members of the public, incite public disturbance against the Nigeria Police Force by impersonating to be a practicing lawyer after being disrobed by the Supreme Court of Nigeria… You hereby commit the above-mentioned offences”

“Currently, Ephraim Emeka Ugwuonye has been disrobed by the Supreme Court of Nigeria and no longer a lawyer to practice in Nigeria because of so many criminal acts he has committed in the past. “Further updates on the trial will be made available to the public in due time.”

NEWS
FRAUD: Emeka Ugwuonye, Due Process Advocate Owner Disbarred from Law Practice
BY BRIDGET EDOKWE · PUBLISHED MAY 24, 2017 · UPDATED MAY 24, 2017

Emeka Ephraim Ugwuonye, a former United States-based Nigerian lawyer, who was disbarred in New York and Maryland for professional misconduct, was yesterday also disbarred in Nigeria, to which he had relocated, for the same offense.

Nigeria’s Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee (LPDC) of the Body of Benchers, which punishes misconduct among lawyers, ordered the Chief Registrar of the Supreme Court of Nigeria to strike out Mr. Ugwuonye’s name. The order followed a case in which he was accused of having failed to disclose his personal interest in a property he was briefed to obtain letters of Administration for, which involved a widow.

Details of the Direction of LPDC will be released in due course. Mr. J.S. Okutepa (SAN) who is the Chief Prosecutor of the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA) at the LPDC found Ugwuonye liable for fraud.

Mr. Ugwuonye relocated to Nigeria after a story of fraud broken by SaharaReporters led to a series of court cases in the United States that nailed Ugwuonye in US courts.

In 2013, the United States District Court in Washington DC, issued a default judgment against Mr. Ugwuonye in a case extensively reported by SaharaReporters in which he diverted into his personal pockets tax refunds of $1.55 million in a real estate transaction in Washington DC he undertook for the Embassy of Nigeria.

Found liable on all the claims made by the Embassy, the court awarded monetary damages of over $2m against Mr. Ugwuonye, ordering him not only to return the money he had stolen but also to pay interest on it.

In November 2012 in Washington DC, the United States District Judge dismissed a defamation and invasion of privacy lawsuit, filed in 2009 by Mr. Ugwuonye against SaharaReporters, for lack of merit. It was one of the several cases he filed, and lost, as he gambled on using the courts in the United States to thwart reporting of his illegal activities.

About seven years ago, he was disbarred by the Attorney Grievance Commission in Maryland for duping clients, and subsequently in New York and Washington DC and New York.

SaharaReporters had reported in October 2016 that Mr. Ugwuonye was facing disciplinary action before the LPDC, his name having been on a list published as an advertorial signed by LDPC Secretary H.A. Turaki, and published in The Punch.

Unable to continue his fraudulent lifestyle in the United States, Mr. Ugwuonye attempted similar schemes in Nigeria, including opening a phony Facebook page where he made members donate funds to his law firm’s account.

He has 28 days to appeal the ruling of the LPDC.
