How do I get this, I am in South Africa

Hey please assist I have same problem and it also started as eating dreams even when I deliver myself and go to church for deliverance, the thing still comes back I real need your help I'm in state where I no longer know what to do because it does go away after prayer but still comes back while at home even if I engage in midnight prayers

I need help concerning moving object ni my body and stomach that causes me to cough out solid mucus continuously
