In a bid to promote legal security and formal land ownership, the Lagos State Lands Bureau, led by Kamar Olowoshago, the Permanent Secretary, Lands Bureau and Esv. Olayinka Wasiu, Director, Land Regularization Directorate, conducted a community awareness programme at Akora Villa, Adeniyi Jones area of the State.

The initiative was aimed at educating residents on the importance of obtaining legal titles for their properties and the processes involved in land regularization.

Borno State Governor Babagana Umara Zulum has urged farming and fishing communities in Baga to avoid any form of cooperation with Boko Haram insurgents.

Alex Iwobi has become Nigeria’s second-most featured player in the English Premier League. The Super Eagles midfielder achieved this milestone after featuring for Fulham in their 3-2 away loss to West Ham at the London Stadium, where he scored both goals for his team.

The 28-year-old midfielder has now made 274 Premier League appearances, surpassing Kanu Nwankwo (273). Iwobi is just 19 matches away from equaling Shola Ameobi’s record of 293 appearances, the highest by a Nigerian in the league.
