The trick here is to change the + to - then you'll have your answer

1: 9-5= 4
Square of 4 is 16

2: 6-3=3
Square of 3 is 9

3: 13-7= 6

Therefore

18-16 = 2
Square of 2 is 4

You need to give more info as in when it began... is it a condition in other family members ... isn't the same all the time ...or does it fade away at times?
