my baby is 10 and half months now. i started exercising off and on when she was 3 months but i started the dedicated 5 times a week workouts / eating clean when she was 8 months and i realized my tummy was not ok as a yummy mummy and i still couldnt fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes.

now my tummy is back to shape and i can fit into all my clothes

by eat clean i mean i eat healthy, for example lots of steamed ugwus with boiled sweet potato or unripe plantain, fish, skinless chicken, beans without palmoil, egg whites, moin-moin, etc.

mi child iz 3 mons 2 day and am breastfeeding with water. will Start exercising now. wa type of exercise will I Start with? thanks

my dear hit the gym, if you cant buy work out dvds from Konga. thats what has worked for me.

i exercise 5 times a week and eat clean

Well to prepare ORS, get d one in satchet(shld b 50 naira or so), dilute it in 1litre of clean water and gv per loose stool. U need to get d measurement right. Note nt 75cl, but 1L. U can use 2 50cl bottles. Continue breastfeeding too and ensure his surroundings are clean. Hope this helps.

Congratulations.

For you tummy, drink hot pepper soup with enough pepper soup spices every morning and night. Or use hot [ogogoro] and pepper soup spices. Grind the spices and put it inside Eva water bottle then mix with the hot , then take it morning and night.

I just want to start using that, cos my tummy is so big now. After 3 weeks with serious pressing with hot water, my tummy became flat. Then I had no one to press it for me and it began to swell and now it's very big

For the tears, I sat on wooden chair[apoti] with legs closed within 1 week, I was okay, mind you its very painful.

wat food can a 4 months old take

Is it wind? My baby is sleeping but I'm kept
awake by his night-time wriggling!
Each night my 10weeks old baby boy starts wriggling
and making uncomfortable noises in his sleep
anywhere between 2 and 4am until 6 or 8am when he
properly wakes up. He kicks his legs, writhes around,
flings his arms and head about, rubs at his face and
chews on his hands every few minutes then becomes
peaceful again inbetween. He does seem to fart a lot
at these times too.
He seems to sleep though these 'episodes' (his eyes
stay closed throughout and afterwards he is fast
asleep) but I can't - I wake up everytime he does it
and it's driving me mad! If it weren't for his wriggling
I'd be getting plenty of sleep as he does sleep really
well only waking for a couple of feeds a night.
He is 100% breast fed.
Any help/ideas, please

i mean he is preterm. He has not started solid o cus his adjusted age is about 5months now but am giving him pap

Hi dear, as rosy 27 told u, its nt really a big case if handled by d ryt person. i undstd ur worries, bt just relax and follow ur dr's advice. he s nt too young to b operated on. some babies wt life threatening conditions are operated on at an earlier age. Wch hoyspital re u using? U can go to fmc owerri since d strike has bn called off, they hv a paediatric surg unit

when u get to see paediatric surgeon he will determine when to operate him. I was cherged 18k without drugs at teaching hospital ilorin cus its gov hopital some private take up to 50k but i prefer teaching hopital cus the right doc will carryout the operation. I notice my baby's own at birth cus he he is prayer and he is prone to that

is he premature or a full term baby, cus if he is preterm they will give him time to develop well before the surgery but If he is full term they can do it sooner i will tell u to go and meet paediatric surgeon not just any doctor ooo. Its not anything too serious if handle by the right doctor, after the surgery he will be discharge that day and befor one month the place will be ok

he is a full term baby. am in Owerri. I don't know any pead surgeon here. his doc said its inguinal hernia and needs to be operated. is he nt to young to be operated? hw much were you charged in Ilorin? wen did you notice d Hernia in your child?
