Yes, it is very very legal. Infact after the payment you will also be given an opportunity to buy a brand new G-wagon that was seized at the border for just N800k because after your training as an officer you're not suppose to be trekking

I advice u do the mathematics first they re quite cheap and don't waste time on any questions ooo because before u open eyes close am, time don reach for submission ooo....no extra time as well
