Am a farmer with low yield since i set up my poultry. I sell birds once in a week and only depend on eggs for sale which is not enough for me and my family.
I was introduced to betafarmers just one week ago. I went through the uses of the blog and initially thought it was not true. I then decided to be cautious and later gave it a try. I created an account on the blog and took pictures of my birds. I uploaded it and then filled all required forms in which i included my contact address and phone number. Later in the day i received a call from an eatery odering for 200 birds which i delivered immediately.
Someone visited my farm that same day and went away with 5.
The next day i received another call from another eatery ordering for 150 birds. I was joyous and decided to upload more...  I then posted an ad for the sales of eggs: to my suprise i sold 3 crates in just that day. later in the evening some group of people visited my poultry and bought the rest birds (150) ...Just cant believe what happened to my poultry... The chairman of KOGA Entertainment has passed away. He was involved in a ghastly motor accident on October 7, 2016.

The 45-year-old entrepreneur died in a ghastly car accident this morning, Thursday, October 7, 2016, when his Range Rover SUV ran into a parked trailer on Lagos/Ibadan express way.

Jeyibo died at the scene of the accident. The official Twitter account of Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) confirmed that the casualty was dead.

Chris Jeyibo was the Chairman of Koga Entertainment which has the following subsidiaries, Koga Xtra TV, Koga Studios, KICL Clothing, Koga Lounge, Koga Hall and Koga Records. Others are Koga Production, Koga Publishing, Koga Loungeand Koga Foundation.

Koga Studios was unveiled in 2011 and it quickly became a popular venue for concerts and rehearsals.

In 2012, KOGA organized the TOP 10 Mics concert at Eko Hotel and Suitesfeaturing Tuface Idibia, D’banj, Femi Kuti, Juju Star, Sir Shina Peters and others.

Koga Studios has also produced Nollywood movies such as‘The Visit’ starring Nse Ike-Etim, Bayray Mcnwizu, Femi Jacobs and Blossom Chukwujekwu. It was premiered on August 16, 2015.

This is so funny and cruel…Who knows what happened to this man to send him into such an anti-Apple rage? Maybe he bought a brand new iPhone 7 only to discover that it doesn’t have a headphone jack?.

Perhaps he’d had some kind of tech glitch that sent him over the edge – or a message on a dating app that sent him into a meltdown. Or maybe he just really hates the company.

For whatever reason, the unknown unhappy customer decided to let loose with a metal ball in a French Apple store, calmly and methodically smashing up every iPhone in sight.

Untroubled by security for some time, the man – wearing sunglasses and a backpack – used what appears to be a metal pétanque ball to cause the damage.

He muttered in French as he did so, before a guard eventually came over and challenges him.

The identity of the man is not yet known.

The pregnant woman wanted to board a bus to Mile2 but went into labour leading the driver to get down and help her deliver her bundle of joy.

One of the world’s most famous footballers, Cristiano Ronaldo’s plane has been reported to have crash landed.

Current World Footballer of the Year, Cristiano Ronaldo’s private jet has crash landed at Barcelona’s El Prat airport.

According to The Sun UK, the plane crashed after the landing gear broke on impact.

Local media reports have revealed that the Real Madrid star’s plane was involved in the terrifying accident on Monday, although he is not thought to have been on board.

Eyewitnesses said the emergency services raced to the scene after the malfunction.

A runway was closed for a short time and a pilot was attended to for very minor injuries.

The football star, 31, who bought the plane for some £15million a year ago, is set to get a bumper new contract from Real Madrid.

ambode44The Lagos State Government says the demolition of Owonifari Market in Oshodi area of the state was done to further ensure security and bring sanity to the area.
The state’s Commissioner for Information and Strategy,
Mr Steve Ayorinde, gave the explanation at a news conference on Thursday while clarifying issues involved in the demolition exercise.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the State Government on Tuesday shut the market and ordered relocation of affected traders and shop owners to the newly built Isopakodowo market stalls at Bolade in the area.

The market was demolished from Tuesday night till the early hours of Wednesday.
Ayorinde said that the traders were formally served a quit notice on Dec.21 before the demolition exercise, through the Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development.
“It is important to be informed that the issue of that market had been on for nothing less than 10 years.
“The state government had been engaging with the leadership of the market to say that we could no longer continue with the manner in which that area of the market was being used.

“So, for 10 years, there has been back and forth engagement between the government and the leadership of the market,” he said.
Ayorinde said the leadership of the market, in the last three years, had refused to move.
“Certified that we have provided a befitting alternative, we started another round of engagement with the leadership of the market.
“The governor appealed to them through the Commissioner for Local Government and Community Affairs.
“They met with members of the state executive on Dec. 16, 2015, where the governor reiterated his plans for Oshodi and the need to relocate them.
“A few of them expressed certain misgivings, but largely, they felt that if their interests were accommodated within the Isopakodowo market that they were willing and ready to move.
“We advised that discussions should be ongoing, particularly regarding how much they will pay for each stall within the market,” he said.
Ayorinde said that on Dec. 21, 2015, the governor went on a tour of the market, particularly Isopakodowo Market, where he again met with the leadership of the Owonifari Market.
According to him, it was eventually agreed that, based on the proposition from the market leaders, what they were willing to pay for each market was N5000 monthly.
“There is really no market anywhere that you will be paying such an amount in a month for a market.
“The governor agreed with them and we said we were ready to concede.
“Along the line, convinced that our new year project was to relocate them to Isopakodowo Market, we got intelligence reports that as at during the Yuletide, a number of criminal activities were going on there.
“We also got reports that the place was harbouring criminals and a number of untoward activities.
“This, of course, necessitated that we should move immediately to safeguard lives, property and to ensure that there was no breech of peace.
“This was what led to the demolition exercise,” Ayorinde said.
He said the intention of the government was certainly not to destroy any goods.
“We believe a good number of the traders, if not all, had moved because they were aware they needed to move.
“From reports, quite a good chunk of them acknowledged that they were properly served and that they were ready to move; many of them packed their things just before the end of the year.
“Government, I should say, will not be blackmailed because we have done everything humanly possible.
“We believe very strongly that Isopakodowo Market is quite ideal, a lot bigger than where they were,” he said.
Ayorinde said the aim of the government was to ensure that the area of the market conformed with the type of image that it wanted the state to be.
“It is to return sanity to the place,to beautify the market and construct a world class bus terminus around the place.
“We also believe the exercise will largely reduce the gridlock that is associated with that area and the criminalities that were rampant in Oshodi.
“What we have done is in the interest of the generality of residents,” he said.
Also speaking, the Commissioner for the Environment, Dr Babatunde Adejare, who was present during the demolition exercise, said the Owonifari market had become a den of notorious criminals.
“I was present during the demolition, the traders had removed their goods; there was only one shop where we met goods and the goods are with us,” he said.

The General Officer Commanding (GOC) 1 Mechanized Division of the Nigerian Army, Adeniyi Oyebade, said that the military can’t watch any group threaten the peace and stability of Nigeria.
He addressed the journalists at the headquarters of the division in Kaduna on January 6.
Oyebade stated that the army has no problems with the Shi’ites, adding that “they are like any other sect in the land, but as long as they obey the law of the land no problem, but if any group chooses to challenge the authority of the land, it means they do not value the sanctity of life and the constitution of Nigeria.”
“Army has paid heavily with the blood of its officers and men to protect this country, and so we have no apology to any group, either Shiites Islamic sect, Christian sect, even pagan sect that is threatening the peace of the country.
“We don’t have any issue with the Shiites or any sect at all in the land as long as they obey the law of the land. But if any group tends to challenge the constituted authority of the land, it means that such group does not respect the constitution of the land.
“Even in the military, we have Shiites members, but there is no issue with them because they are law abiding citizens.
“But we have issues with those who creates a State within a State, and our rules of engagement are very clear, that is, when there is threat to a constituted authority, it must be arrested before it goes full blown.
“We know the business of violence but we apply it professionally if the peace of the land is being threatened, so we are appealing to Nigerians who are bent on causing violence stay off,” he stated.
Meanwhile, Oyebade restated that the military remains the guidance of democracy, but added that, an attempt to kill the Chief of the nation’s Army is similar to an attempt on a sitting president.
Soldiers in the convoy of the Chief of Army Staff, Lt.-Gen. Tukur Buratai clashed with Sheikh Ibrahim El Zakzaky-led Shi’ites, who had reportedly blocked the road, denying the army chief thoroughfare.
Sheikh El-Zakzaky is now in police custody for questioning.
