He would be hustling with my car (Honda Civic 09) five times a week and be giving me 25k/week with all repairs on him. I use the car basically only on Sundays. I jumped on the deal thinking it's the best thing after rice. There was no written agreement but he has not failed with his promise since August and to the best of my knowledge, car is in good shape. That's what my mechanic has been saying.
I must confess that he on his own decided to pay 35k/week since first week of December which of course is like a December appreciation gesture from him.
Please, is 25k/week a good deal? I'm not being greedy, just asking to be in the know of this business.
Although he hasn't failed with his payment, should I opt for a formal agreement?

You can make it 70/75k if you absorb all repairs. I strongly recommend you absorb all repairs. 70k weekly is just 10k daily. That's peanuts for a hardworking driver. Any driver that can't pay you 10k is lazy. Keep searching.

As a young dude, no matter how beautiful or set a lady is, I do not hesitate to japa immediately I realise that such lady has any of these three life threatening odours:
1. Mouth odour
2. Body odour
3. Kpekus odour.

I had life threatening experiences with two bannies last year.

1. The first banny had both mouth and kpekus odour , that type of stench that would remain stuck in your brain hours after the intimacy, my room had that smell for the whole weekend she was around, very bad. Surprisingly, she wasnt perceiving it at all. Just imagine having to deal with foul odours from both mouth and kpekus, na die remain for me that period..

I was so pissed off after she eventually left and started disturbing me with calls, everytime I saw her call then, I just remembered the unpleasant incident and my mood go just instantly change.

It got to a point I couldn't hide it any longer because she just wouldn't stop calling, so I sent her a well constructed text message, detailing every single thing and making references to some of my actions while she was here which were in reaction to the discomfort the odours made me feel. I poured my heart in the text and the text long die .

The banny instantly went ghost mode after I had sent the message, she didn't even have the balls to reply the text, I guess she was so embarrassed to even send a reply (but atleast I've saved her future hubby from such disaster because she go surely find way treat herself to atleast redduce the stench).

Omoh, that was how my package with her just died naturally and she had not called me again ever since the day I sent that text .

2. The second banny had only mouth odour, it was so terrible that you could even perceive the stench immediately she just finishes to brush her teeth, even though the banny backside na bomb! Azzz choke, but I had to remind myself that it's not all about azz afterall, person no go come go die untop mouth odour because say banny get gigantic backside nahh..

I made sure I invited her over for the last knack session, made sure I rocked the azzz to my satisfaction (stylishly held my breath at intervals during the knack session to atleast survive the stench from her mouth as she kept on meaning and screaming), before bidding the azzz farewell
My health comes first 🙃🙃.
