You can choose to do the antibiotics regimen....its worked for many people but please follow the instructions to the letter.
Unfortunately, augmentin cannot be replaced with Azithromycin for this as they are different spectrum of antibiotics.

Instead of making my own herbal tampons, I found a Chinese product, Clean Point herbal tampons. It is a small ball of herbs wrapped in gauze. THEY WORK. I know a lot of tissue (in chunks) came out of me. I am just on my 3rd one and still have a lot of tissue mass leaving my body. I would love to know what it is.

Herbal Tampons for Hydrosalpinx

I have been trying to concieve for three years now with one failed IVF. I had a laparaascopy which showed that both my tubes were blocked enalarged with massive hydrosalpinx, my ovaries were also inflamed and swollen and I have adhesions in my tubes. Will this tampons help my case?

One of my tube and ovary was remove couple of years ago, so when I decided to try for a baby 6 years ago, nothing happened so I went to see my Obgyn.

After a labproscopy, he told me my only chance of getting pregnant was ivf. And that there was water in my only tube and for a successful ivf treatment, they have to take it out.

That's when I said NO and was thinking: If it does not work first time around then, I got no chance left so I started research online and I came across so many people's and their stories.

Then I started on some herbal tea and supplement and of course herbal tampons called clear point herbal tampons. I started on that some small debris came out of me but knowing my condition, I kept going and chunk of what I can't even descript started coming out & still is. Went back for my next scan they couldn't find any water in my tube anymore so, herbal tampon does work but be patient.

I will try for a baby naturally this mmonth and I know it will happen because I have seen my blockage coming out. GOD IS GREAT. And God bless you all on this site. Any comments is highly appreciated

Hi- Thank you so very much for having this stream of comments as it makes the situation feel less isolated. I was diagnosed with hydrosalpinx on left side and have not wanted to dive head first into surgery so I have persisted with the herbal tampons and am wondering what the "debris" is meant to look like??
I have had really long stringy sticky mucous like clusters come out consistently for 3-4 days (to fill1/2 of a 25ml bottle). On either side of those days smaller white tissue like pieces. Now I don't have anything not even small bits- so I am wondering if what I witnessed was the ovulation discharge?

I am continuing to implement the herbal tampons protocol in conjunction with supplementary protocol in hopes to attempt conception next ovulation. I am simply uncertain as to what I am meant to be looking out for exactly after douching??

The "white tissue like pieces" is what you need to see to know that the fallopian tubes are unblocking.

The stringy mucous-like substance can be fertile cervical mucus that occurs at ovulation.

These signs are very good! Congratulations!

It would be wise to finish the entire cycle, but it seems like you have done a good job!

Tube blockage

I left a comment about the debris from the tampon. Not all of my debris came out with the chamomile douche. I also have clean point herbal tampons and so happy that I bought them. I wonder if by using the chinese herbs and the serrapeptase enzyme a month prior to using the tampon is the reason why I don't have continuous debris coming out. My debris is like clumps of wet paper and also thin film of paper. I wonder how long do I have to use the tampons before I can start trying. This natural way plus some yoga has restored my hope. God bless everyone and good luck in trying to conceive

Most herbal practitioners recommend continuing until no more debris came out. It is often necessary to this this process for a month (not during periods) for approx. 21-24 days, but most people have faster results, others need more time.

The debris coming out is an indication that the process is working.

The best way to know if the tubes are clear is to have another test from your doctor.
