I think this is one of the reasons the FCT deserves a House of Assembly. They should enact a law mandating institutions and individuals to develop their allocated lands within a timeframe or risk losing their allocation. There is a serious housing deficit in FCT with landlords charging exorbitant and outrageous amounts even in the satellite towns far away from the city center. It's high time the FCTA looks into building low cost housjng estates.

Some idiotic pigs who have never been to the FCT will be shouting land grabbing here, just because they don't like to hear Wike's name.
