Indigene letter, skool Id card, admission letter and the txt message

Am from Abia state, we can go to the scholarship board on Dec 12. I called dragnet just now and they said that they are still sending out the congratulatory txt messages, am sure we will get them b4 weeknd.

I hope we will receive ours

Hotdiamond: a friend of mine got his letter yesterday. Surprisingly he was sent the text message But i wasn't . I was sent only the e mail. I'm in Uyo btw.

Bro i spoke wif sum1 dat works with cross river state ministry of edu & she said dat the have the award letters with them but will start issuinq it on Dec 12 dis implies dat the txt wil arrive b4 then.

Guys chill we will get a text message before 12 Dec. Before we can collect the award letter...

I also got an email but i have not received any text message. Can i proceed to the state scholarship board? And does any1 know the news paper?
