I was asked to upload letter of recommendation. Abeg which levels na.....I never see this kind level before ooo...Anyone fit explain to me why they needed it? Because me dey confuse ooo....Anyway, I don upload am give them o....but I really need explanation why I was told to submit it

I think even if the commissioning is slated for April,will recruitment process should be concluded before that April,and all human power and work force for the commissioning and the startup process should be available before that time
