By the Grace of GOD he/she will be given Employment letter and medical form.....this is what my friend that works there made me to understand.....

We have Two Dec. 2019...Recruitments.....(Cement and Fertilizer.)....Fertilizer candidates.....were asked to send some relevant documents upon success of the oral interview (though the one of fertilizer is an experience hire).......Candidates that contacted HR said that they were told "Very Soon" they will send Employment/Resumption Letters to them.....Someone in cement also said that He was told to upload some documents.........

,that mean candidate that was asked to upload some documents will automatically,be given employment letter or what?

Very soon,it an indefinite statement,we just hope it comes soon!I mean ending of this month

It will be good if anyone has the number of the HR so that we can put up a call through to him/her to get facts,or if anyone knows a worker there,he or Sha can ask about the progress of the recruitment process

I think they are still on the documentation!so far the fertilizer plant is a new startup,they might want to put one or two things in other,but I think people that were contacted after the interview will get a feedback soon,let stay positive.

Don't worry good news will fall in soon!!!

Please what is the pay for the Experience hire one, not graduate trainee,those Indian didn't even negotiate for salary during the interview.

, according to a statement made by a worker there, she said the pay lies in the heavily on how u can provide those exit/offer letter from your previous work experiences,this was a secret revelation the person told me!so present all the nesesary credentials the requested for and get paid well,or better still on how u can justify ur previous work experience!!this was said by a top ranked officer there.
