'Offa Boy' Who Posed As An American Lady To Defraud People Lose Property Of Crime To FG, Gets 12 Months Jail Term One Arowosegbe Feranmi, who claimed to be a native of Offa in Offa Local Government Area of Kwara State, was on Thursday, convicted and sentenced to one jail term by Justice Mahmud Abdulgafar of the Kwara State High Court in Ilorin. Feranmi was convicted for posing as a white female, resident in United States of America in other to defraud unsuspecting victims.
