I would appreciate every help I can get.

I currently stay at alagbado, AIT road precisely and I work in ikeja.

Due to inflation and continuous hike in cost of transportation, I spend over 60k on transportation monthly, meanwhile, my salary is 170k

My rent at my current place of residence expired last month and the landlord said I should pack out for some reasons he didn't explain.

Now, with the amounts I'm currently spending on TP alone, I thought it would be wise to move forward a bit to any of these areas: Abulegba, iyana ipaja, ojota, or any other place that maybe closer for me to commute to work.

The issue now is, apartments that agents have been showing me are too expensive.

A room self contained going for 400k and above annual rent 🙆 (and this is without their agent and agreement fees oo)

My max budget is 300k annual rent and total package 450 - 500k (this is what I can manage to pay based on my current level of income)

If someone has something that can help, I'll appreciate.
