There are two different issues:

The first one is Adeniyi's charges against Gbaja and the second one is Gbaja's claim that an agency in the 2026 budget is non-existent.

The second issue is the one that evidence already exists for - and that's the one that interests Nigerians. Gbaja and the presidency (for reasons best known to them) issued a statement that an agency of government - an agency fully captured in the 2026 budget - is a figment of the national imagination . Something is not adding up, big time.

If the agency is fictitious, why is it in the national budget? How does that even happen?

If indeed the agency is fictitious, how did it slip past the scrutiny of the office of the CoS into the budget? Who knew what, where and when? These are the issues.

In this case, all parties should defend themselves in the court.

But I think the odds are against the Adeniyi due to lack of evidences at the moment.

Or maybe he has evidences and will present them in the court.
