In 2006 Wenger took a complete average squad with a certain 17year old as his playmaker to the UCL final having not conseceded a single goal from open play. Ever since Wenger has sacrificed his personal ambition for the future progress and stability of the club, thus; establishing it as one of the biggest club in the world today- bigger than Ajax and Bayern Munich (check Forbes). This alone is worth all the trophies Arsenal FC will ever win in years to come.

The good part is that he did it with remarkable success - maintaining a top 4 position for 20years (no manager has done this), played consistently in the KOS of UCL also for 20years (no manager has done this either) all with a negative budget.

He has developed more players than any other manager- those players have helped those managers win several titles.

That said, it is not even that AW hasn't won anything; he has 3 PL titles, 6 FA cups (a record) among others.

Presently he is in peak form to finish off his career, with Arsenal still relevant in the heat of affairs, no one can confidently say Arsene will not win any more trophies.

Don't get it misconstrued, we the fans did not enjoy our trophyless years, but thinking objectively and with retrospect, we appreciate what Wenger has done for our club - what no other manager including LvG and Mourinho can lay claim.

Wenger deserves respect.

Man.city relied on a deflected toure's effort to clinch the much need 3points against strugglin swansea, a week after loosing woefully to stoke city. But when it comes to an INJURY RAVAGED man.utd side that consists of youngies like varela mcnair b.jackson and perreria loosing away to bournemouth, we no go hear word.. bournemouth that came from 2-0 down to draw everton, bournemouth that defeated a chelsea team who outclassed f.c porto in the UCL. Sometimes we need to keep hatred aside and see the positives in our play.
