am mot saying the youths r bad. What I mean is that youth-grooming policy is not something u can just start and gell at. Its a matter of 'practice makes perfect'....imagine manutd wining by just a lone goal and still having the audacity to bring in a rookie defender. Chelsea r so much attuned to winning trophies so much that they dread the possibility of not winning cups. because they started winning major trophies when the moneyman came. All these academy boys presently in chelsea came as a result of the moneyman's decision not to spend too much again. Now it has backfired. You cannot excel in what u r not good at. The season chelsea stops buying big is the season they stop being serious contenders for trophies . Same goes for mancity...

but d youths excel well in their academy league and were they are loaned to....

Youth players are good, they are young and still motivated to do more......

It used to be to an extent, but now the quality of football is at an all-time low. Just look at Yawnited vs City! The first shot on target came in the 81st minute. WTF??

Aside Bayern, Dortmund, Schalke, Gladbach, Mainz and Leverkusen also play good football.

LA Liga also has high quality. Even small teams like Rayo Vallecano, Malaga and Atletic Bilbao can play and you watch them and not die of boredom unlike say Stoke vs Norwich or Sunderland vs Liverpool
