Of course its the whole team dat wins the league. But over the course of the season, u always ve some stand out performers like Hazard, Costa and Fab. With the overall contribution of the latter two outweighing the former. Hazard was just fit the whole season. Nothing really spectacular..

but were was costa in d oda half of the season, fabregas also had a dip in form..... Hazard played all d matches dat season, lets say he was consistent and scored some important goals, remember d one against manyoo.... And the likes of loic remy who always change the match when he is brought in or terry who proved solid at defence dat season.....

All in all, everyone stands out but hazard can still be said to b overall because of CONSISTENCY
