PERSONAL ASSISTANT URGENTLY NEEDED TO RESUME IN IBADAN, BODIJA ENVIRONS

Responsibilities:
* Get trained to handle the duties
* Daily make voluminous calls to book clients for business presentations
* Act as customer care personnel and follow up on clients
* Assist with administering questionnaires online and offline
* Promote the business on social media by posting targeted adverts
* Other miscellaneous duties

Attributes:
* Must be teachable, godly and resilient
* Must be a female between 18 and 25 years of age
* Minimum of Secondary School Leaving Certificate
* Fluent in the use of English Language
* Creative and forward-thinking
* Be willing to read Designated Books

Some things to note.
1. This job is a one of quotas and nos. At the end of everyday you will be required to show the nos of calls etc. NOS matter alot.
2. You need to be able to speak very fluidly and proffessionally.
3. You need a good smart phone that would enable you to attend trainings.
4. You need to keep the call log book and diary book neatly and fill in your boss on day to day developments.
5. There are books you have to read so that you get greater insight into the job.
6. You would be making 50 to 70 calls daily. You need to have good telephone skills. A demostration may be necessary.
7. You need to have all soft and hard copy materials handy for your Boss for easy retrieval.

Remuneration:
Basic salary: 20k monthly
Incentives: based on measurable results.

Duration:
Initial 3 months contract (1 month probation)

Resumption:
8am to 3pm Monday to Friday
At least 2 Saturdays in a month 12pm to 3pm
