Please I uploaded the necessary document on the e-visa portal and skipped the additional ones that are not relevant like adoption order, spouse affidavit then submitted, while trying to make payment it shows no payment information retrieved, then go ahead to show me R425 when I click on it it shows this
Please could it due to incomplete documentation
Or just a service issue on the portal
