mehn, Had i know i would have paid my money in ibadan. O boy, zenith bank on campus was damn congested. Imagine, the air condition was blowing HEAT instead of cool breeze, And to complicate issues, i was even paying for three people (i said THREE PEOPLE!) and that made things worse. But thank God sha. I finally did it. *yawn* My advice to any student aspiring is to pay your fee to any zenith bank in your location. Happy registration.

On ur acct homepage, u're told that u can't fill Course registration form unless u pay ur main fees. Also on the page showing details for allocation of bedspaces, u're told that u can't be allocated a bed space if u haven't paid ur course(Main) fees AND filled course registration form.

It is true 6hours each have been subtracted from 2009, 2010, and 2011 and added to 2012 to form a feb 29th so as to fit the conventional calender. Let us take back those 6 hours and assume there is no such thing as feb 29. This year now has just 365days which ends december 31st, 2013 has to begin at 6:00am jan 1 coz of the 6hours extra. Following the sequence, 2014 begins 12:00pm jan1, 2015 begins 6:00pm and 2016 begins 00:00am jan1. In conclusion, all leap years begin at 00:00am jan1 and this is independent on a country's position on the earth

Realistically, it doesn't seem like the 6hours and feb29th can be omitted from speculations like these.
One of 'em has to be there.
As to the beginnin of the year, u're right about it not being dependent on the long. of place locally. Yet, in reality, places farther west experience new year before those to the east.
