Pertaining the question about when 2012 started; I'm rather inclined to believe it started at the Prime meridian by or around 6:00pm on 1st January 2012.
It takes the earth 365 days and 6hrs to go round the sun. The last leap year ended 31st December 2008.
In 2009,2010 and 2011, 6hours had always been subtracted at the endings so the calender may follow convention.
This means 2009 started by 12am on 1st Jan, 09(there was no outstandin hours since the previous year was a leap year);
2010 started by 6am on 1st Jan, 10 and;
2011 started by 12noon on 1st Jan, 11.
Hence, 2012 started by 6pm on 1st Jan, 12.
Note: the above are the times on Prime Meridian. Appropriate calculations must be done to determine the time 2012 started in any place locally(e.g. for Naijaland just add 1hour).
PS: I'm just trying to simplify Dr J.A.F.'s ideas o.

My question was born by this sub-heading of the link, 'Order Of Priority Regarding Accommodation To Undergraduate Students' SHALOM.[/quote]According to the 'Order' a couple of student categories(freshers, finalists etc) will be considered before Medical students. Also, under the sub-heading 'Accomodation into Halls of Residence; Undergraduate Students' it reads that students are to be evenly distributed.
However, from the sub-heading 'Clinical Students' it seems there are; a part of Fajuyi hall and Medical hostel for male medical students ; accommodation arrangement for female medical students(outside the campus) etc.

Just before my last post above, I used my other account da_chiaman(which was unbanned recently) to post a similar reply. In the post, I included the source website of that info which is 'm¥. schooôl çommunit,¥'s' website.
When I clicked 'Reply' the website was missing from the post and then the post became hidden and the account banned(yet again.)
This was exactly what happened last week when I posted a piece of info which I got from the same website and included a link to the website.
Please why does this happen whenever I post a link to that website in my replies?
