An Entertainment firm situated at Ikeja Lagos State, Nigeria is currently expanding to different states and need a service of a qualified candidate for the post below : JOB TITLE: Customer Service Officer. JOB LOCATION: Ikeja RESPONSIBILITIES: – Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face. – Respond promptly to customer's inquiries. – Handle and resolve customer's complaints. – Perform customer's verifications. – Set up new customer's accounts. – Manage customers’ accounts. – Follow up on customer interactions. REQUIREMENTS: – Minimum of HND in any field. SKILLS : – Listening skills. – Problem analysis and problem-solving. – Adaptability. – Initiative. – Stress tolerance. - Good communication ability. A Corp member was called to camp, the parents gave him #20,000 for camping, yesterday after he had received his first allawee, he sent #200 airtime each to his father, mother and siblings,he camped at Katsina,and posted to Kaduna,and he lives in Gombe, so today he will be coming out of camp, now the mother was annoyed that why will he send only #200 to her since he collected #19800,this has become a very serious issue in the house and the boy stopped calling, likewise the parent, so what is your comment 1 Like 1 Share |
