Coogar has been praising Blind for his ball circulation and defensive duties, I was expecting to see more of that today but alas, all I saw was a fella who spent the whole day policing Fabregas, and he couldn't have done that superbly well if not for Fellaini his side-kick

This ensured that the likes of Oscar, Willian and Hazard gained enough breathing space through the course of the game, if not for some poor judgement and finishing one of them coulda scored today.

On the other half of the pitch, we saw Matic stick to what he knows best - snuff out threats.

That Di Maria, Mata and Januzaj had a bad day is a testament to that fact.

I don't know about coogar, but Matic owned the middle of the park today.

Stats that Coogar and Odunharry posted seem to suggest Blind had the marginally better game but we all know stats sometimes does not tell the whole story.

Sports-wise, We were superb. Only Loughborough and Nottingham Trent were better at Rugby union in my day, and my best friend actually went on to play professional Ice Hockey for for the Sheffield Steelers before choosing to go back to Russia.

Loughborough is pretty much the UK's best sporting uni. There is simply no one better. Their school Gym is another level it's unreal. Nah for uni I know how hard Rugby truly is .Tried out for the school team but was unsuccesful(dem talk say make i go chop up.)
