Well,only time will tell. Mind you,Gerrard has not been spectacular either and i'll choose Kaka over him based on their performances for both country & club over the last month.

Xavi is a far better player than Iniesta. Xavi is world class, while iniesta is just good. The main reason for his recent popularity is that he complements Xavi perfectly. Anyone with doubts (or suffering from infatuation), should watch iniesta play without xavi.

Xavi is certainly the better player but the margin is not as great as you think it is.
