@ chic2pimp. Messi didn't take most of the penalties. . .him and Eto'o alternate. Messi scored 3 penalties (took 4 and had one saved) in the league last season and Eto'o scored 2. I cant get any figures on hom many they each took, but i'm pretty darn sure (i'm looking. . .feel free to post them if u can find them).

first messi took most of penalties. I watched every barca match. Eto'o only took it when messi was not on the field. Secondly we all know messi is better than ribery(dat topic is for u and dayok).Torres took penalties @ atletico and still scored fewer goals. Whether he played as lone striker or as a winger does not bother me. He has an inferior clinical rate when compared to villa FACT.The only playa berra than messi is my main man INIWERE

Both Torres and Villa are good strikers and it wouldn't be fair to use goals return ratio to judge em. If we use that index then what about FIFA ranking ? Torres is among the top 4 in the world according to Fifa, up there with CR7, Xavi and Kaka. People tend to Villa for granted, even his former coach went for Torres when he wanted an assassin upfront, but i think it has to do with style of play. Villa surprises defenders with his runs while Torres hangs around keeping them busy i guess. But like i said, It's up to style of play, Villa to me would suit Arsenal more.
Just like saying Mario Gomess is better than Aghahowa

The difference between the two is that torres started playing first team football at the tender age of 17(still 25 by the way) in a world class league. WHAT IS IBRA'S EXCUSE?. Villa has done this twice. Mind u he never had the opportunity to play against the nestas and ferdinands of the swedish and dutch league. He also delivered when called upon(champs league goals)
