I have been trying to reinstall my whatsapp for days now no luck. Now what I get is "you have guessed the code too many times. Contact support for assistance". I have contacted customer support, I've been getting those automated response. What do I do?
I got a call ftom someone ftom a group I belong to saying we were having a zoom meeting and he was going to send the code to me and that I should call the code out so he can confirm it. As soon as the code came, I didn't read the full text, I just called out the number and boom! I was logged off. Luckily I have the 2 step verification code and they've been trying to log in. I've been getting notifications on email to click a link to deactivate which I've been ignoring and deleting. I have been trying to log back in since I have the sim and the 2 step verification code, everytime WhatsApp send a code, it loads and loads and the stop. Now what I see is "you have guessed the code too many times, contact customer support". What do I do?
